While working for a safari company based by the Okavango Delta, Botswana, some days were more action-packed than others, but the quiet days weren't necessarily less interesting. Coming across sleeping animals, allows you to see them in a different light, with more vulnerability, especially predators. This lion was sleeping so peacefully.
This photo makes me forget about the predator-prey dynamic, and just lets me see the peaceful, vulnerable animal underneath the more conspicuous outer layer that we first see.

I recommend a border of at least 1cm just so you don't lose any of the picture in the mounting or framing process. I personally like to use a larger border (around 3cm) on the larger prints, especially if you don't intend on mounting them, this is more for aesthetic reasons.
A 12x16" print with a mount would require a 16x20" frame
